Requirements / Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks and assign duties to team members effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols.
• Communicate with management regarding team progress, challenges, and supply needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance, cleaning, or facilities management roles.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

Job Details / Duties
