Maintenance/Clean Up Crew

Job Description

Our staffing company is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join a dynamic team as part of the Maintenance/Clean Up Crew. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments. Candidates will play a vital part in ensuring smooth and efficient operations through timely maintenance and thorough cleanup efforts.

Requirements / Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure facilities and equipment are in good working order.
• Conduct thorough cleaning and upkeep of designated areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Assist with setup and breakdown activities as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisory staff promptly.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet project and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or cleaning roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle cleaning equipment.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute to a positive work environment.

Job Details / Duties

• Sweep, mop, and clean floors, hallways, and common areas.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and workspaces.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep duties around the facility.
• Organize tools and supplies to ensure readiness for daily tasks.
• Support maintenance staff with larger projects when required.
