About NugWork
I'm a computer science student finishing up my senior year, while closing out my degree I built NugWork — I was surprised there were practically no dedicated job boards for the cannabis industry. Listings were scattered everywhere, buried on generic sites and general job boards that treated cannabis like an afterthought. With the rapidly growing industry, it seemed obvious that we needed something dedicated, so I decided to build it.
The cannabis space is growing fast and attracting serious professionals — cultivators, compliance officers, executives, retail staff — people who deserve a straightforward place to find work without digging through noise. That's what NugWork is trying to be.
