Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Employer Job Posting Services

Paid job listings on NugWork are activated immediately upon successful payment and remain live for 30 days from the date of activation. Because the service is delivered upon purchase, all sales are generally final.

Founding Member discounts, where applicable, are applied at checkout prior to payment and do not affect the finality of sale. Discounted listings are subject to the same no-refund terms as standard listings.

2. Cancellation

Employers may request cancellation of an active listing at any time by contacting us at support@nugwork.net. Cancellation will deactivate the listing, but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.

3. Auto-Renewal Cancellation

If you have enabled auto-renewal on a paid job listing, your listing will automatically renew at the end of each 30-day period at the then-current rate for your listing tier. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time using either of the following methods:

  • Employer Dashboard: Navigate to your employer dashboard, locate the listing, and toggle off the auto-renewal setting. Cancellation takes effect immediately — your current listing will remain active until its expiration date, but will not renew.
  • Contact Support: Email support@nugwork.net with the subject “Cancel Auto-Renewal” and include the job listing title or ID. We will process cancellation requests within 1 business day.

Cancelling auto-renewal does not entitle you to a refund for any billing period that has already been charged. Your listing will continue to be displayed until the end of the current paid period.

4. No Refunds on Current Billing Period

Fees paid for the current active listing period are non-refundable. This includes situations where a listing is cancelled early, the listing receives fewer applications than expected, or the position is filled before the listing expires.

NugWork reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our Terms and Conditions without issuing a refund.

5. Prorated Credits

In limited circumstances — such as verified technical failures caused by NugWork that prevented your listing from being displayed — we may, at our sole discretion, issue a prorated account credit toward a future listing. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire 90 days from the date of issuance.

Credit decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee a credit will be issued.

6. Free Job Seeker Accounts

Browsing listings and applying for jobs on NugWork is free for job seekers. No payment is required to create a job seeker account, and therefore no cancellation process is necessary. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

7. Payment Processing

All payments on NugWork are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. NugWork does not store payment card data. Chargebacks or disputes filed directly with your card issuer in lieu of contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@nugwork.net within 48 hours of the transaction and we will investigate promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
