NugWork LLC operates a cannabis industry job board. This policy explains the information NugWork collects, uses, shares, and retains to provide accounts, listings, applications, payments, support, compliance, analytics, and security.
NugWork minimizes request-context storage. This policy does not claim dedicated IP address or user-agent retention for those compliance rows because the current acceptance implementation stores the server-defined acceptance fields listed above.
Contact form submissions are transmitted to our team inbox via Resend (our email provider) and are not stored in our database. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and do not add contact form submitters to marketing lists without explicit consent. Contact form data is retained only as long as the email thread exists in our inbox.
Contact Form submissions include the name, email address, and message you provide. They are sent through Resend to NugWork's team inbox and are not stored in our database unless a separate support, legal, or operational record is created from the correspondence.
NugWork displays employer-submitted listings and public listing data from third-party sources. Source interactions may include search terms, feed requests, or public listing identifiers needed to retrieve job content, but NugWork does not send private user profile or application data to those public listing sources for aggregation.
NugWork uses Supabase for database, authentication, row-level security, and storage; Authorize.net hosted checkout for payments; Resend for transactional email; Vercel for hosting and analytics; and PostHog if enabled for product analytics. Authorize.net receives payment information entered on its hosted page; NugWork does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
You can manage nonessential options through Cookie preferences where that control is available.
NugWork retains information while needed to provide the platform, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce terms, process legal requests, keep transaction and acceptance records, protect security, and support legitimate operations. We may disclose information to service providers, employers receiving applications, legal authorities, professional advisers, or successors in a business transaction when appropriate.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use job seeker information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection where applicable. Contact nugworker@gmail.com with enough information to verify and respond to the request.
