Find quick answers for job seekers and employers using NugWork.
If you do not find what you need here, email hello@nugwork.net or use the contact page.
Answers for candidates browsing listings, applying, and staying updated on new opportunities.
Start on the homepage to browse the newest jobs, or use the filters on the left side to narrow your search. You can also go to the Browse Jobs page and filter for the roles you want.
It depends on the listing. Some jobs keep the application flow inside NugWork, while others send you to the employer's own hiring page through the application URL attached to that job.
The job detail page shows which flow applies. If you are sent off-site, complete the employer's process there.
No account is required to browse public job listings, read company pages, or explore the general site, but you will need an account to apply through NugWork.
When you apply on NugWork, your resume, name, email address, and work preferences are sent to the employer.
Your resume and application information stay saved, so you can apply to additional on-platform listings without re-entering the same details each time.
An account also keeps your profile available when you return to the site, rather than starting the application setup from scratch.
NugWork does not currently provide applicant read receipts, but you can view your application status in Applied Jobs on your profile. If the listing uses NugWork's application flow, submit the application and watch for follow-up from the employer.
If the listing sends you to the employer's site, that employer's process controls any confirmation or status updates. Follow up directly with the employer if you have not heard back.
Use NugWork's email signup surfaces, including the footer digest form, if you want new openings delivered instead of checking the board manually.
You can also revisit the jobs pages by state or category if you are targeting a specific market. For active searches, combining the digest with a saved routine for your preferred location or niche will give you better coverage than relying on a single homepage visit.
Answers for teams posting roles, promoting listings, and managing company presence.
Start on Post a Job and sign in if prompted. You will enter the role details, company name, company email, application URL, location, job type, category, pay range, and description before submitting the listing.
During that flow you choose the listing tier that fits the role. Free listings stay available for 3 days and require admin approval, while paid listings go through checkout and are built for longer visibility. If you hire repeatedly, you can also move to the bundles page and buy credits in advance.
NugWork currently offers four practical ways to buy visibility: Free, Standard, Featured, and Bundles.
Yes. NugWork exposes employer-side listing actions based on the listing's current state. If a listing is active and eligible, you can upgrade it, and paid active listings can also be bumped to refresh their visibility.
Renewal is available after a paid listing expires. Standard renewals are $129 and Featured renewals are$179. If you want the listing to keep running automatically, the posting flow also supports auto-renew for paid listings, which you can later turn off from your dashboard.
Go to your company page and use the claim action shown there. NugWork uses the company email on file to send a verification code, so claiming from an email address already tied to the business is usually the simplest path.
If the listed email is outdated, inaccessible, or otherwise incorrect, the automated claim path may fail. In that case use Contact and include enough detail to verify affiliation so the request can be reviewed manually.
After employer registration is confirmed, NugWork sets up the company profile. From there, you or a teammate can claim the page and manage it.
Start with employer sign-up if you do not yet have an employer account. If an existing profile needs correction, use Contact.
Answers for login, password recovery, profile issues, and account-related troubleshooting.
Use the Forgot password page to request a reset link for your account email. After that, follow the link from the email and complete the reset flow on the site.
If the message does not arrive, first confirm that you entered the same email you use to sign in and check spam or filtered inboxes. If it still does not show up, contact support.
The most common causes are using the wrong email, mixing up sign-in methods, or trying to access an account that has not completed the expected auth flow yet. Start by confirming the exact email address you used when you created the account.
If you recently changed credentials, requested a password reset, or switched devices, retry with a fresh login session before assuming the account is broken. When the problem continues, use Contact and describe what page you were on, what happened, and whether you saw an error message.
Company claiming is designed to verify that the person requesting control of a company page is actually affiliated with that business. See “How do I claim my company page?” above for the claim route and the company-email verification step.
If you cannot access the company inbox, send support proof of affiliation such as a company email, role details, or other verifiable context.
Refresh the page first and try the upload again, especially if the browser has been open for a long time or you changed files after the form loaded. Also confirm the file is in a normal supported format and that the filename does not include unusual characters.
If the problem repeats, capture the page you were on, the file type you tried, and any visible error message. Send those details through Contact so support has enough information to reproduce the issue instead of guessing.
Answers covering billing, checkout issues, and policy references for employers.
Employer payments on NugWork are organized around what you are buying rather than around a large menu of unrelated billing products. You can purchase a single Standard or Featured listing, buy bundle credits for repeated hiring, or pay for follow-up actions such as upgrades, bumps, and renewals when those actions are available on an existing listing.
Current listing options:
The checkout flow shows the exact charge before you submit payment.
Some card-issuing banks and payment processors flag or decline cannabis-adjacent transactions even when the purchase is a job listing rather than a plant-touching sale.
If payment is declined, try a different card or contact your bank before assuming it is a NugWork checkout error. If the issue continues, contact support with the listing and approximate attempt time.
Review the Refund Policy before purchasing so you understand how NugWork treats listing purchases, renewals, and discount handling.
Read it before buying if you need cancellation or refund details. If a real transaction looks inconsistent with the published policy, contact support and reference the affected listing or payment.
If checkout fails, do not keep retrying blindly. First confirm which product you were buying, whether the page showed a final error, and whether you received any confirmation or redirect after the attempt.
If the issue looks like duplicate billing, an incorrect amount, or a payment that did not activate the listing you expected, contact NugWork as soon as possible. Include the listing, approximate time of the attempt, and what amount you expected so the transaction can be reviewed quickly.
NugWork keeps those policy references in the compliance section of the site. You can review Terms, Privacy, Shipping, and Security directly from the help page or the footer.
Use those pages for the formal policy language. Billing and listing terms belong in Terms and Refund Policy, while data handling and cookies belong in Privacy.
If your question is not covered here, send a message and include as much detail as possible so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
