Job Title: Temporary Warehouse Associate (Labeling)

Location:  Syosset, NY
Schedule:  Temporary | 8:30 AM Start
Duration:  Approximately 2 Weeks

We are recruiting on behalf of  our client  for a Temporary Warehouse Associate to support their operations team in Syosset, NY. This short-term opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable performing focused, repetitive tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The primary responsibility of this role is accurately applying Metrc Retail ID labels to finished products while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately apply Metrc Retail ID labels to finished products

• Verify labels are correctly placed, legible, and compliant with state requirements

• Maintain an organized and clean labeling workstation

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance protocols

• Identify and report labeling errors, damaged product, or discrepancies to a supervisor

• Perform labeling duties consistently throughout the duration of the shift

Qualifications

• 21+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to stay focused while performing repetitive tasks

• Dependable, punctual, and able to start promptly

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting

• Previous warehouse or labeling experience is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods

• Manual dexterity to handle small labels and packaged products

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed

• This is a temporary position lasting approximately two weeks

• Hours and schedule may vary slightly based on operational needs

Licenses & Certifications

• METRC certification preferred
