Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas such as offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces

• Assist with loading/unloading materials and moving equipment as needed

• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly

• Support other labor tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth daily operations

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures

• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly

• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap

• Assist with basic groundskeeping tasks when necessary

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve work performance

• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or damages

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial or general labor roles preferred but not required

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods

• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Shifts

This role operates on a weekday day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. Work hours are from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, providing a consistent routine that supports personal and family time outside of work.
