Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and accountable Cannabis Sales Representative to develop new wholesale business, maintain strong customer relationships, and support the timely delivery of customer orders throughout New Mexico.
Compensation
Base Pay: $18.0 per hour
Commission: 5% of qualifying new sales
Terms governed by the company's written commission plan. Employment may initially be administered through a third-party provider. This is a field-based sales position combining business development, account management,CRM management, route sales, order delivery, and regulatory documentation.
The successful candidate will prospect for new business, visit licensed cannabis establishments, follow assigned sales and delivery routes, accurately document activity in HubSpot, use Timeero for time and route tracking, and represent the company professionally in the New Mexico cannabis market.
The position is initially offered at $18 per hour plus 5% commission on qualifying new sales, subject to the company's commission plan and applicable payroll requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Prospect for new licensed cannabis retail and wholesale accounts.
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Build professional relationships with dispensary owners and purchasing managers.
Present company products, pricing, and promotions accurately.
Maintain an active sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.Work toward established weekly and monthly revenue goals.
CRM & Reporting (HubSpot) Log all calls, emails, meetings, and visits promptly.Maintain accurate deal stages, close dates, and follow-up tasks.
Document customer feedback, pricing discussions, and samples provided.
Logistics & Compliance
Transport and deliver cannabis products following assigned routes.
Maintain security and chain-of-custody documentation for all orders.
Comply with New Mexico Cannabis Regulation Act and CCD rules.
QualificationsValid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot) and mobile apps (Timeero).Cannabis industry or B2B sales experience preferred.
