This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to get started in the cannabis industry. No advanced experience is required— training is provided. If you enjoy hands-on work, following clear instructions, and being part of a team, this role could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Associate, you’ll help package and prepare cannabis products so they’re ready to be shipped to customers. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
Packaging and labeling cannabis products like flower, pre-rolls, vapes, and infused items
Weighing products carefully and checking labels for accuracy
Keeping work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
Following step-by-step instructions and safety rules
Working with your team to meet daily production goals
Completing basic paperwork and tracking products correctly
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where attention to detail really matters.
What We’re Looking For
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to do repetitive tasks while staying focused
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable working on your feet for most of the shift
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
No cannabis experience? That’s okay—training is provided.
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging work
Experience working with quality checks or production goals
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods (8–10 hours)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (heavier items with help)
Frequent use of hands for packaging and labeling
Reaching, bending, and squatting as needed
Ability to wear required protective gear (PPE), such as gloves, masks, hair nets, scrubs, and non-slip shoes
Work Environment
Indoor production setting
Exposure to strong smells (cannabis), humidity, and temperature changes
Use of cleaning products like isopropyl alcohol
Loud noises from machinery and equipment
Exposure to CO₂ processes at OSHA-approved levels
