Responsibilities

• Accurately package products according to company standards and guidelines
• Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging
• Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packaging area
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Handle packaging equipment and tools responsibly

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble product packages according to specifications
• Check products for quality assurance before packaging
• Seal and label packages accurately for shipment
• Organize packaged products for storage or distribution
• Maintain inventory of packaging materials and report shortages
• Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 21+
• Must pass any required background checks
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
• Must possess valid driver's license
• Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring
• Physical ability to lift and move packages as required
