Onsite Driver & Forklift Operator

Summary

Delivery and pickup of Cannabis goods per daily schedule. Must be able to work in a

fast-paced environment with large volume and critical delivery parameters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Drives 18’ to 26’ reefer trucks and delivery vans to transport Cannabis goods and

materials

• Load and unload vehicles

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and inform supervisor of any

maintenance needed

• Follow all procedures according to regulations from the Bureau of Cannabis

Control, CDFA, and compliance department

• Follow security measures

• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Required:

• Valid Class C driver’s license

• Minimum of 1-year experience driving larger vehicles

• Excellent driving record

• Above the age of 25

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Ability to work in a logical, systematic manner

• Courteous and professional interpersonal skills

• Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision, able to work independently and in a

team environment

• This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week

• Willingness to work weekends

• Detail-oriented

• On-site and driving

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently required to stand for

prolonged periods of time; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with

hands and arms. The employee is to have the ability to climb or balance; stoop, kneel,

crouch, and use a step ladder. Ability to crouch, grasp and lift product above shoulders

to lift product from the floor properly. Ability to use the tools necessary to perform

works tasks. The employee must be able to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work in normal, refrigerated and below freezing temperatures for

short or long periods of time.

• Ability to work in conditions typically found in a greenhouse with high humidity

and varying temperatures with a fair amount of moisture present
