Cultivation Technician (Temporary Assignment – Potential to Extend)

Our client is seeking dependable Cultivation Technicians for a temporary assignment with the potential to extend. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on plant work and take pride in detail-oriented tasks, with a strong emphasis on trimming and removing aphids to maintain plant health.

Schedule & Pay:

• $16/hour

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Trim plants and identify/remove aphids and other pests

• Support daily cultivation tasks including watering, feeding, pruning, and harvesting

• Monitor plant health and report issues (pests, disease, deficiencies)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant grow environment

• Follow SOPs and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in cultivation, gardening, landscaping, or similar work preferred

• Strong attention to detail, especially with pest management

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age

• Must be able to pass a background check

• Must be eligible to work in the Florida cannabis industry, which includes:

  • Completing a Level 2 background screening (fingerprinting) through a state-approved vendor

  • Passing a fingerprint-based criminal history check as required by Florida law

  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required state clearance/credentials to work in a licensed cannabis facility
