Cannabis Trimmers

Job Title: Trimmer
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Rate: $17.80/hour (increasing to $18.47/hour in Los Angeles effective July 1st)

We are currently hiring experienced cannabis trimmers only to join a growing cannabis operation in Los Angeles, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team with long-term growth potential as operations continue to scale across multiple retail and cultivation locations.

This position requires strong trimming experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates must be comfortable handling multiple strains and maintaining strict organization and quality standards throughout the trimming process.

Schedule & Availability Requirements:

• Candidates must have Monday–Sunday flexibility

• Employees will be guaranteed 40 hours per week

• Must be available to work at least two weekends per month

• Weekday Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Weekend Schedule: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Production Expectations:

• Trimmers should be able to trim 5 pounds per day immediately upon starting

• Candidates will be expected to ramp up production to approximately 14 pounds per day by the end of 60 days

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed hand touch-up trimming after flower has gone through machine trim

• Maintain high-quality trimming standards while meeting production goals

• Identify and separate different cannabis strains accurately

• Handle cannabis products carefully and compliantly

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Follow all company safety and compliance procedures

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous cannabis trimming experience required

• Ability to meet daily production expectations

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to identify different cannabis strains and separate products correctly

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods

• Positive attitude and ability to work efficiently within a team environment
