About the Role
Our client uses trimming equipment to process cannabis flower efficiently and consistently. This role is closely aligned with a Production Associate position — you'll be responsible for keeping the equipment fed and running smoothly, watching over the process while it operates, and checking the final output to make sure it meets quality standards.
What You'll Do
Feed the equipment : Load and provide raw material inputs to the trimming equipment in a steady, consistent flow.
Monitor operation : Keep an eye on the equipment while it's running, watching for jams, inconsistencies, or anything that needs attention, and step in or flag issues as needed.
Perform quality control: Check trimmed output against quality standards, catching anything that doesn't meet spec before it moves further down the line.
Keep things running smoothly: Support basic equipment upkeep and cleanliness, and help troubleshoot minor hiccups during operation.
Maintain accurate records: Track production output and log relevant data as needed to support compliance and reporting.
What You Need
A Day on the Job, Physically Speaking
