Rosin Technician Job Description:
We are looking for a Rosin Press Technician to join our processing team. The ideal candidate is a cannabis concentrates enthusiast who has a strong understanding of solventless products. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or lab environment is preferred.
Ideal Candidate:
Detailed oriented individual with hands-on experience with rosin extraction, and attention to detail for monitoring equipment. Has effective communication skills for teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for the cannabis industry to produce high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
● Prepare hash into filter bags
● Press on pneumatic rosin press
● Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies
● Keep accurate logs of every batch and strain pressed
● Working both independently and in small groups on a variety of extraction procedures, which can include but are not limited to; filling carts, labelling, rosin pressing, packaging, etc.
● Maintain a clean working environment
Qualifications:
● 1-2 years recent experience in a fast-paced retail,service, or production environment (preferred)
● 1-2 years in cannabis (preferred)
● 1-2 years experience in a cannabis lab or manufacturing environment (preferred)
● Working knowledge of cannabis products hardware & pressing machinery a plus
● Must be at least 21 years old.
● Ability to operate machinery and power tools.
● Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
● Ability to sit for extended periods of time
