Position Summary:
As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of our operations team, ensuring that our products are manufactured and packaged to the highest standards. This role involves hands-on work with vape cartridges, concentrates, infused pre-rolls, and flower, adhering to strict quality and compliance protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carts/Concentrates:  Prepare, fill, and package vape cartridges and concentrates with accuracy and care.
• Infused Pre-Rolls:  Weigh and roll cannabis flower and infusions to meet product specifications.
• Flower:  Trim, weigh, and package flower products for distribution.
• Perform quality checks to maintain product consistency and standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with Arizona state regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or the cannabis industry is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass any required background checks.

Compensation

• $16.00 – $16.00 / hour
