Our client is one of the country's leading cannabis companies, growing, processing, and selling cannabis products from seed to shelf. They're a vertically integrated operation, meaning they handle everything in-house — cultivation, processing, and retail — which gives our team members real room to learn, grow, and build a career in an industry that's still just getting started. No experience in cannabis? No problem. Most of the people who join this team are learning it for the first time, and we'll show you the ropes.
 
What You'll Be Doing
As a Post Harvest Associate, you'll help turn freshly harvested cannabis plants into finished products people love — both flower and oil. You'll trim, prep, and package the product by hand and by machine, making sure everything looks great and meets quality standards every step of the way.
Day to day, that looks like:

• Trimming, drying, curing, grinding, weighing, and packaging cannabis, following simple step-by-step guides
• Checking your work as you go to make sure everything looks good and meets the standard
• Hand-trimming flower carefully so it looks great when it hits the shelf
• Measuring and packaging product the right way, keeping everything clean and contamination-free
• Writing down weights and basic info so the team can track everything accurately

You'll Also Help With

• Keeping your tools, equipment, and workspace clean and organized
• Following safety, cleanliness, and company rules — every time
• Joining team trainings and meetings, and speaking up with ideas to make things run better
• Helping the team get ready when inspectors or auditors come through
• Letting your supervisor know if something's not working right, so it can get fixed fast
• Sharing ideas on how to make the job easier or better
• Keeping accurate records of what you process each day

What You Need to Get Started

• Be 21 or older and able to pass a background check
• Be eligible to get a Registered Agent Card (we'll help walk you through this)
• Willing to wear protective gear and follow safety and cleanliness rules
• Comfortable around strong smells, loud sounds, dust, and changing temperatures
• Able to stand, sit, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for most of your shift
• Open to picking up overtime or weekend shifts when the team needs it
• Ability to work in humid outdoor conditions

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

• Experience trimming, processing, or packaging cannabis
• A sharp eye for detail and good time management
• A team player attitude and clear communicator
• Shows up on time, works hard, and brings a good attitude
