The Post-Production & Packaging Associate is primarily responsible for the accurate packaging, labeling, assembly, and preparation of cannabis products — including flower, manufactured products, and pre-rolls — for distribution.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring all finished goods meet company quality standards and state compliance regulations.
This is a hands-on, detail-focused position ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured production environment and take pride in accuracy, organization, and efficiency.
Accurately weigh, portion, and package cannabis flower, pre-rolls, and manufactured products
Assemble, fill, twist, and package pre-rolls according to company specifications
Inspect pre-roll cones for quality, consistency, and proper fill weight
Label products in strict accordance with state regulations and company SOPs
Apply compliance stickers and verify all required regulatory information
Conduct final quality control checks before products move to vault or distribution
Prepare and organize completed orders for storage or shipment
Maintain accurate production and inventory records
Report discrepancies or quality concerns to leadership immediately
Maintain clean, organized, and compliant packaging workstations
Assist with light post-production tasks as needed
Support trimming or product preparation during high-volume periods
Ensure product integrity is maintained during handling and processing
Must be 21+ years of age
Must possess or be able to obtain a Nevada Cannabis Agent Registration Card – Production (Production Agent Card)
Ability to pass background screening (if required by state regulations)
Previous cannabis packaging or production experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely
Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks for extended periods
Ability to stand or sit for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
High level of accuracy and organization
Compliance-driven mindset
Strong time management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Basic math skills for weighing and inventory counts
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Production facility setting
May require wearing PPE (gloves, hair nets, lab coats)
