METRC Fulfillment Specialist (Temporary)
 
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced METRC Fulfillment Specialist to support our cannabis operations in Denver, Colorado. This is a short-term temporary assignment for someone with hands-on METRC experience who can step in quickly and work independently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in cannabis inventory management, METRC compliance, manifest creation, and label generation. This role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining compliance with Colorado cannabis regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate inventory data in METRC
• Create and manage transfer manifests
• Print and verify METRC package labels
• Ensure all inventory movements are accurately recorded and compliant with state regulations
• Review inventory records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support fulfillment and inventory operations as needed
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Follow all company SOPs and Colorado cannabis compliance requirements
• Work collaboratively with the operations and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on METRC experience is required
• Experience creating manifests and printing METRC labels
• Previous cannabis fulfillment, inventory, packaging, or operations experience required
• Strong understanding of Colorado cannabis compliance regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
