About the Role
The Material Handler is responsible for supporting the efficient movement, storage, and tracking of materials throughout production and warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production teams have the materials they need to meet daily production goals while maintaining inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and operational efficiency.
Working closely with the Associate Director, Supply Chain and cross-functional operations teams, this position supports receiving, inventory management, production staging, warehouse organization, and material replenishment activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

This role is primarily onsite in Boulder, CO and requires regular work within warehouse, production, inventory, and office environments. The position typically follows a standard 40-hour workweek, with occasional overtime based on operational needs.
The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday. Employees must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds while moving inventory, packaging materials, and production components throughout the facility. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required by company procedures and applicable safety standards.
