Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
As an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Technician, you'll play a critical role in protecting the health and quality of our plants through proactive pest prevention, disease monitoring, and treatment applications. Working closely with the cultivation team, you'll help ensure our plants thrive by following industry best practices, maintaining accurate records, and safely applying preventative treatments.
The foundation of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is prevention, achieved by maintaining a meticulously clean cultivation environment. This begins with the Room Reset, a time sensitive protocol for cleaning and sanitizing flower rooms immediately following harvest to establish a contaminant free space for incoming plants from the vegetation rooms. Room reset involves the following tasks.
When Room Reset duties are complete or assistance is not required, the IPM Technician will also have the following duties:
