Columbia Care is seeking a Dispensary Shift Lead for our Aurora, CO location. You will supervise daily store operations and mentor a team of budtenders.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily dispensary operations during assigned shifts

- Coach and develop budtender team members

- Handle cash management and daily reconciliation

- Resolve customer complaints and escalations

- Ensure compliance with MED regulations

- Manage opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

- 1+ years cannabis retail experience

- Supervisory experience preferred

- Colorado MED Badge required

- Strong customer service skills

- Cash handling experience

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
