Cresco Labs is hiring Budtenders for our San Francisco dispensary. Provide knowledgeable, personalized cannabis recommendations to our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations

- Educate customers on strains, consumption methods, and effects

- Process transactions using POS system

- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and new products

- Ensure compliance with California BCC regulations

- Keep dispensary floor organized and well-stocked

Requirements:

- Must be 21 years of age or older

- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods

- Retail or hospitality experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be available weekends and evenings

- Cannabis industry experience is a plus
