Columbia Care is seeking a Lab Director for our Washington testing laboratory. Lead the team in delivering accurate, reliable cannabis testing results to ensure product safety.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all laboratory operations and testing programs

- Manage team of lab analysts and technicians

- Ensure ISO 17025 compliance and maintain accreditation

- Validate and implement new testing methodologies

- Review and approve all test results before release

- Manage lab budget and equipment procurement

Requirements:

- PhD or Master's in Chemistry, Biology, or related field

- 5+ years laboratory management experience

- ISO 17025 accreditation experience

- Deep knowledge of analytical chemistry instrumentation

- Cannabis testing experience preferred

- Washington state I-502 regulatory knowledge
