Verano is searching for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee operations across our multi-state portfolio. This executive role requires a visionary leader who can scale operations while maintaining quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all cultivation, processing, and retail operations

- Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with company growth goals

- Lead a team of 500+ employees across multiple states

- Drive operational efficiency and margin improvement

- Partner with CEO and board on strategic planning

- Ensure regulatory compliance across all markets

Requirements:

- 10+ years of senior operations leadership

- Experience scaling multi-site operations in cannabis or CPG

- Proven track record of P&L management

- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking

- MBA or equivalent preferred
