Human Resources Manager
Curaleaf is hiring an HR Manager to support our Connecticut operations. You will handle all aspects of human resources including recruiting, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all Connecticut positions
- Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations issues and investigations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and cannabis-specific requirements
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support workforce planning and organizational development
Requirements:
- 4+ years HR management experience
- Cannabis or regulated industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Connecticut employment laws
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with HRIS systems
