Curaleaf is seeking a VP of Retail Operations to lead our growing retail footprint across the Northeast. Drive revenue growth and operational excellence across 15+ dispensaries.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations of 15+ dispensary locations

- Develop retail strategy to drive revenue and customer growth

- Set and monitor KPIs across all stores

- Recruit, develop, and retain top retail talent

- Implement standardized operating procedures

- Partner with marketing on promotions and loyalty programs

Requirements:

- 8+ years multi-unit retail management experience

- Cannabis retail experience strongly preferred

- Proven track record of growing revenue and improving margins

- Exceptional leadership and team development abilities

- Experience with data-driven decision making

- Travel 50% across Northeast locations
