Trulieve is hiring an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and accounting operations. Navigate the unique financial challenges of the cannabis industry including 280E tax compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Manage month-end close process and financial reporting

- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger

- Ensure compliance with IRC Section 280E tax requirements

- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis

- Manage and develop a team of 4 accountants

- Support annual audit and tax preparation

Requirements:

- CPA required

- 5+ years accounting experience with 2+ in management

- Cannabis 280E experience strongly preferred

- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)

- Strong knowledge of GAAP

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
