Curaleaf is seeking a Head of Cultivation to oversee all growing operations at our Massachusetts facility. You will manage a team of 20+ cultivators, optimize yields, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all cultivation operations including propagation, vegetative growth, and flowering

- Develop and implement SOPs for all cultivation processes

- Manage nutrient programs, IPM strategies, and environmental controls

- Lead and mentor a team of cultivation technicians

- Track and report on key metrics including yield, potency, and cost per gram

- Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission regulations

Requirements:

- 5+ years of commercial cannabis cultivation experience

- Strong knowledge of plant science, horticulture, and IPM

- Experience managing teams of 10+ people

- Familiarity with seed-to-sale tracking systems

- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field preferred
