Trulieve is looking for an experienced Dispensary General Manager to lead our flagship Tallahassee location. You will be responsible for all store operations, team management, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily dispensary operations including inventory, scheduling, and compliance

- Hire, train, and develop a team of 15+ dispensary associates

- Drive sales performance and meet monthly revenue targets

- Ensure strict compliance with Florida OMMU regulations

- Handle patient escalations and maintain high satisfaction scores

- Manage P&L and control operational costs

Requirements:

- 3+ years retail management experience, cannabis preferred

- Strong leadership and team development skills

- Knowledge of Florida medical cannabis regulations

- Experience with POS and inventory management systems

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
