Trulieve is hiring Cultivation Technicians for our Sacramento grow facility. Join our team and help produce premium cannabis for California's market.

Responsibilities:

- Perform daily plant care including watering, feeding, and pruning

- Monitor plant health and report issues to lead grower

- Assist with transplanting, defoliation, and harvesting

- Maintain clean and organized grow rooms

- Follow all SOPs and safety protocols

- Participate in IPM scouting and treatment applications

Requirements:

- 6+ months cannabis cultivation or agriculture experience

- Ability to work in hot, humid environments

- Attention to detail and willingness to learn

- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours

- Must be 21 years of age or older

- Valid CA driver's license
