Verano is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to optimize product flow across our Nevada operations. You will analyze demand patterns and ensure optimal inventory levels across retail and wholesale channels.

Responsibilities:

- Forecast product demand using historical data and market trends

- Optimize inventory levels across cultivation, processing, and retail

- Analyze supply chain KPIs and identify improvement opportunities

- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution teams

- Build reports and dashboards for leadership visibility

- Support new product launch planning and allocation

Requirements:

- 2-3 years supply chain or operations analytics experience

- Strong Excel and SQL skills

- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

- Cannabis or CPG industry experience preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
