Quality Assurance Lab Analyst

Green Thumb Industries is looking for a QA Lab Analyst to join our quality team in Ohio. You will perform potency and safety testing on cannabis products to ensure they meet state standards.

Responsibilities:

- Perform HPLC, GC-MS, and ICP-MS analysis on cannabis samples

- Conduct potency, terpene, pesticide, and heavy metals testing

- Maintain lab equipment and perform routine calibrations

- Document all results in LIMS and ensure data integrity

- Support method development and validation projects

- Ensure compliance with Ohio Board of Pharmacy requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science

- 1-2 years analytical laboratory experience

- Experience with HPLC and/or GC-MS instrumentation

- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

- Cannabis testing experience is a plus
