TerrAscend is seeking a Master Grower for our premium cultivation facility in New Jersey. Lead the cultivation of high-quality cannabis strains and drive continuous improvement in yield and potency.

Responsibilities:

- Manage full cultivation cycle from clone to harvest

- Select and develop new genetics and phenotypes

- Optimize growing environment including lighting, HVAC, and irrigation

- Implement and manage IPM programs

- Train and supervise cultivation team members

- Achieve yield and quality targets consistently

Requirements:

- 5+ years commercial cannabis cultivation experience

- Expertise in indoor growing environments

- Strong knowledge of plant genetics and breeding

- Experience with automated environmental control systems

- Understanding of NJ cannabis regulations

- Proven track record of high-quality harvests
